Bright Futures Substance Abuse program for substance abuse accepts UnitedHealthcare Plans with an out of network benefit. Generally, UnitedHealthcare plans are adequate for the Bright Futures substance abuse rehab services.
Before a member receives inpatient or outpatient services, he or she needs to call UBH for authorization.
